Pricing is based on current job conditions and may change due to factors including, but not limited to:

Any additional work requested beyond the original quote may result in added charges.
Contracts & Agreements
Once a quote is approved, a written or verbal agreement may be established outlining the scope of work, pricing, and schedule. By approving a quote or allowing work to begin, you agree to the terms of that agreement.
Southland Tree Service LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue work if unsafe conditions arise or if contract terms are not met.
Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling or beginning work. Deposits:

Are generally non-refundable once work is scheduled, except at our discretion
If a customer cancels after a deposit has been made, the deposit may be retained to cover administrative time, scheduling, or preparation costs.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated before work begins. Unless otherwise stated:

Late payments may result in additional fees or collection efforts

We reserve the right to withhold final cleanup or documentation until payment is received
Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the time of service.
Scheduling & Delays
We make every effort to complete work as scheduled. However, scheduling may be affected by weather, equipment issues, emergencies, or safety concerns.
Southland Tree Service LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide clear and safe access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, pets, and personal property as needed.
Southland Tree Service LLC is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or unmarked hazards unless disclosed in advance.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your property, tree work involves inherent risks. Southland Tree Service LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services performed, except where required by law.
